Stephen Altmann

Director

Mr. Stephen Altmann is currently a Managing Director at Morrison Park Advisors, an investment banking advisory firm in Toronto, Canada where he provides strategic advice and financial analysis to mining companies globally in their evaluation and implementation of strategic transactions. He also provides strategic and financial advice to First Nation communities in their negotiations with mining companies. As an investment banker, he has been at major bank-owned Canadian investment banks and at a bulge-bracket international investment bank where he financed and advised on mergers, acquisitions, asset sales and purchases, fairness opinions and valuations, and other advisory services to a large selection of domestic and international public companies, primarily in the mining sector. Stephen holds a Masters of Business Administration and an Honours Bachelor of Science (Geophysics) degree. He has also been a senior executive and board member of publicly traded mining companies.

James Polson, MBA

Director

Mr. James Polson is an MBA graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Richard Ivey School of Business and studied Mechanical and Mechatronic Engineering at both the University of Tasmania and Deakin University in Australia.  He was also the CEO of a Hong Kong based Construction and Mining Services based company and co-founder of AIDD Group which went on to become the leading international mining service group in the Northeast and Central Asian region offering a broad range of services from basic exploration drilling through to contract mining and HSE training and certification services.

Mr. Polson is also a founding member of MISA (Mineral Industry Safety Association) in Mongolia and is an advocate for sustainable development of both the mining and mining service industry through adopting international standards and safe work practices. He also holds a Board position on the Hong Kong Construction Industry Council Training Association Civil Engineering Sub-Committee primarily focused on Trade Certification and was awarded the Emerging Leaders award for Entrepreneurship from the IVEY School of Business in 2011.

Steve Roebuck, B.Sc., P.Geo

President & CEO, Director

Mr Roebuck has over 25 years of experience in the mining and exploration industry including open-pit and underground mine operations.

Mr. Roebuck has held management positions with junior exploration companies and small junior production companies.In addition he has capital market expertise including M&A strategies, junior financing (over $10 M), investor relations and marketing.

Dino Titaro, M.Sc.

Chairman, Director

Dino Titaro has over 35 years of international experience in the mining and exploration mineral resource industry. He has been involved in project management, feasibility studies, reserve estimation, due diligence studies, valuation studies, social and environmental permitting processes for mine construction and development and related risk management and has extensive corporate and operational experience. He was the founder of Carpathian Gold Inc., a public mineral exploration company listed on the TSX, and was the President and Chief Executive Officer from January 2003 to January 2014 and a director from January 2003 to August 2014. From 1986 to 2003, Mr. Titaro was the principal owner and President and Chief Executive Officer of A.C.A. Howe International Limited, a geological and mining consulting firm. From 1980 to 1986, Mr. Titaro was employed by Getty Mines Limited in various supervisory roles as a geologist, working on base and precious metal projects as well as uranium, principally in resource definition stages.

Mr. Titaro currently serves as a director of Allied Gold Corp., Golconda Gold Ltd, as well as EV Minerals. Mr. Titaro has been a director and officer of several other publicly traded companies in the mining, industrial and health care technology fields.

Mr. Titaro holds a Master of Science degree in Geology from the University of Western Ontario. He is also a qualified person within the meaning of National Instrument 43-101 – Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects (“NI 43-101”) and is registered as a P.Geo in Ontario.

Rick Winters

Director

Mr. Rick Winters is the Principal of RAWsources LLC, a mineral industry management consultancy. Until 2019 he was President of RMB Resources Inc, representing the North American offices of RMB Resources, the resource merchant banking business of the FirstRand Group of South Africa. In his capacity with RMB, Mr. Winters was involved in dozens of junior company financings from pre-IPO equity to corporate debt with an emphasis on structured finance. Prior he was Vice President Corporate Development for Golden Star Resources, a Canadian gold and diamond exploration company; an equity, sell-side mining sector analyst for Robertson Stephens, a San Francisco investment bank, and held various positions within the mining industry from miner to senior engineer with such companies as Phelps Dodge, ASARCO, Homestake Mining, and Echo Bay Mines. Rick received his undergraduate degrees in business and economics from the University of Montana and his Master’s degree and post graduate studies in mineral economics at the Colorado School of Mines.  He has sat on the boards of public and private resource companies.

David C. Anderson, B.Sc., P.Geo

Advisor

Dave Anderson studied both Geology and Geophysics and has subsequently worked in the mining industry for more than 40 years. He is a registered professional geologist with the Professional Geoscientists of Ontario.

In addition to providing contract and consulting services to most major mining companies during the initial part of his career, Dave was also a founding shareholder in 3 successful companies: Quantec Geoscienes Ltd, a company which provides geophysical services primarily to the mining industry, QGX Ltd. a junior mining exploration company which focused on mineral exploration in Mongolia, and Antares Minerals Inc. a junior mining exploration company which explored in Argentina and Peru. Although he is no longer directly involved in the company, Quantec Geosciences continues to offer services to the resource industry throughout the world.

Both QGX Ltd. and Antares were public companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, and were subsequently sold to major mining companies after successfully discovering economic mineral deposits. Currently Dave is an entrepreneur who continues to identify and invest in junior mining exploration companies that are focused on gold and copper opportunities.

In 2010 Dave and Christine founded the David C Anderson Charitable Foundation whose primary objective is to provide assistance for women and children in underprivileged situations.

Alexander Davidson, M.Sc.

Advisor

Mr. Davidson is currently a corporate director and was formerly Executive Vice President, Exploration and Corporate Development at Barrick, with responsibility for Barrick’s international exploration programs and corporate development activities. Mr. Davidson joined Barrick in 1993 as Vice President Exploration with responsibility for Barrick’s expanding exploration program. He initiated Barrick’s expansion out of North America and into Latin America and beyond. Prior to joining Barrick, Mr. Davidson was Vice President, Exploration for Metall Mining Corporation.

Mr. Davidson has over 25 years’ experience in designing, implementing and managing gold and base metal exploration and acquisition programs throughout the world. In 2005, Mr. Davidson was presented the A.O. Dufresne Award by the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum to recognize exceptional achievement and distinguished contributions to mining exploration in Canada. In 2003, Mr. Davidson was named the Prospector of the Year by the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada in recognition of his team’s discovery of the Lagunas Norte Project in the Alto Chicama District in Peru. Mr. Davidson is also a director of Capital Drilling Limited, NuLegacy Gold Corporation.

Mr. Davidson was inducted into the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame in 2023.

Dr. Tom Setterfield, PhD, P.Geo

Advisor

Tom Setterfield has 40 years of international exploration experience and is considered an expert in IOCG, epithermal Au and VMS deposit types. He holds a PhD from Cambridge University (England) and has lived and worked in Australia, Fiji and Canada and on assignments in many other countries. As a consultant for QGX Ltd, he was that company’s first representative to visit the Golden Hills (Bayan Airag) area in western Mongolia, and was integral to the decision to acquire this property, upon which a gold-rich VMS deposit was discovered and is presently being developed.

Tom is the former VP Exploration of Avidian and has been involved in the company since 2014. He also co-founded Monster Copper Corporation and served as VP Exploration from its incorporation in 2002 to its takeover by Mega Uranium Ltd in 2007. Tom co-founded TerraX Minerals Inc. (now Gold Terra Resource Corp) and served as VP Exploration until October 2016.
